Rochelle Melbourne Productions is an independent UK creative label founded by multi-disciplinary artist, fashion designer, songwriter, producer, and music graduate Rochelle Melbourne.

Created as a unified platform for music, fashion, and visual storytelling, the label operates through defined creative eras — where each release forms part of a larger narrative world. Every project begins with original songwriting, production, and creative direction by Rochelle, forming the foundation of each body of work.

With a formal background in music, alongside her foundation in fashion design, Rochelle approaches sound with the same precision found in garment construction — shaping mood, tone, and texture with intention. This extends into the visual space, where digital design is treated as a form of “tailoring,” translating real-world aesthetics into fully realised creative identities.

At the core of the label is a multi-layered narrative structure, where multiple artist personas exist within carefully built worlds. Each persona carries a distinct voice, visual language, and fashion identity through Rochelle’s label, Forever Devine — allowing storytelling to evolve across releases rather than exist in isolation.
