Rochelle Melbourne is a UK-based creative director, fashion designer, songwriter, producer, and entrepreneur. She is the founder of Rochelle Melbourne Productions (RMP), an independent entertainment company that brings together music, fashion, visual storytelling, and emerging AI technologies to create immersive artist brands.
Known as the Architect of Music, Fashion & Visuals, Rochelle oversees every aspect of the RMP Universe—from songwriting and music production to creative direction, fashion design, artwork, cinematic visuals, and artist development.
Through RMP, she has built an expanding roster of original artists spanning contemporary R&B, soul, pop, Afro beats, global fusion, K-R&B, Latin, Punjabi, and alternative music. Each artist exists within a carefully crafted creative universe, complete with distinctive identities, stories, visuals, and sound.
Alongside music, Rochelle is the founder of Forever Devine Ltd, a British fashion house specializing in couture and luxury evening wear. Her multidisciplinary approach allows fashion, music, and visual art to complement one another, creating experiences that extend far beyond traditional entertainment.
With qualifications in fashion design and years of creative industry experience, Rochelle continues to explore the future of independent artistry through innovation, technology, and world-building. Her vision is to establish RMP as one of the UK's leading independent creative studios, where music, fashion, film, and digital storytelling exist as one connected universe.
